Guatemalan beans are famous for their consistently smooth flavor. These ORGANIC beans are grown high in the Guatemalan Sierra Madre (1000-1300 Meters Above Sea level) which earns them an SHB designation. The green beans are consistent in size which simplifies roasting.
As the roasted picture shows, they roast evenly which enhances the flavor. I've received several unsolicited compliments on how good this coffee tastes.
Coffee is sold in 5 pound batches. Order two batches ship for the price of one so your per pound price is lower when you buy two batches.

About me: I've been home roasting since 1996. Started with a popcorn roaster and eventually went for a large stovetop roaster that roasts a pound at a time. I roast just for my own use. I buy 150 pounds of coffee wholesale to be sure I'm getting what I think I'm getting. I sell the excess as I can't drink 150 pounds worth in under a year despite what my friends say. I drink and sell the beans that I roast and I like the beans that I roast.
